Why are they in charge?
They are in charge because with dictatorship, we make faster decisions. In this case, the country really needs fast decisions to develop the country.
How are they selected?
Citizens that are 18 or above are allow to vote for the campaigners. If you want to be in the campaign you need a business degree and a law degree.
How are decisions made and laws passed?
There is a group of people, which were campaigners but they lost to the dictator by 2 or 3 votes that writes the laws and to be able to get a law passed, the dictator has to sign and agree that this law will develop the country.
Why are decisions made this way?
Decisions are made this way because even though the campaigners lost, they still received a high amount of votes so many of the citizens want them to make the laws, too so they could join this law making group, if they want to. However, if you want to join this law making group, you need to have a business degree and a law degree, and you need to take a literacy test before you join.
